My buzzword title is “Impact Designer” because my real title is a run-on sentence. Just think of me as a Swiss Army knife–the one thing you want in your pocket when you’re camping, working on your house, or solving a problem–like the one my parents gave me when I was 9.
I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make things better, from empty lots to the water-splattered wall beneath the hand dryer in the bathroom. I’m also into workwear, Complete Streets, and thoughtful design. I travel often, read a lot, and wear collared almost exclusively.

I lived in North Carolina for 10 years before moving to West Philadelphia in 2015. My wife and I have a flower garden, a dog, and a company cofounded to solve problems for the LGBTQ community. We called it QSPACES and our first mission is LGBTQ health equity.
